Knee Raise Step Jack combines elements of high knees and jumping jacks to create an effective cardio exercise. It enhances cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination while also strengthening lower body muscles.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms raised overhead.
- Jump outwards, landing with feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Simultaneously, raise one knee towards your chest and lower your arms to your sides.
- Return to starting position and repeat, alternating knees.
