The Kettlebell Sumo High Pull is a dynamic exercise that targets the upper back and shoulders while engaging the lower body. It builds strength and power by combining a squat with an explosive pulling motion, enhancing coordination and endurance.
How to do it
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding the kettlebell with both hands.
- Squat down, keeping chest up and back straight, lowering the kettlebell between your knees.
- Explode upwards, pulling the kettlebell toward your chin while standing tall.
- Keep elbows high and out to the side at the top of the movement.
- Lower the kettlebell back to starting position and repeat.
