The Kettlebell Sumo High Pull is a dynamic exercise that targets the upper back and shoulders while engaging the lower body. It builds strength and power by combining a squat with an explosive pulling motion, enhancing coordination and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding the kettlebell with both hands.
  2. Squat down, keeping chest up and back straight, lowering the kettlebell between your knees.
  3. Explode upwards, pulling the kettlebell toward your chin while standing tall.
  4. Keep elbows high and out to the side at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the kettlebell back to starting position and repeat.
