How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
- Step one foot back into a split stance, keeping your torso upright.
- Lower your back knee towards the ground, ensuring your front knee stays over your ankle.
- Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching sides.
