How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
- Jump explosively into the air, reaching upwards with both hands to gain height.
- Upon landing, quickly perform two side steps to the right, maintaining a low athletic stance.
- Jump again, repeating the explosive motion, and upon landing, take two side steps to the left.
- Continue alternating jumps and steps for the desired duration, maintaining a steady rhythm.
