Jump Step Jump is a high-energy cardio exercise that combines explosive jumps with quick steps to boost cardiovascular fitness, agility, and coordination. This dynamic routine engages multiple muscle groups, offering a full-body workout that enhances endurance and strengthens your lower body.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
  2. Jump explosively into the air, reaching upwards with both hands to gain height.
  3. Upon landing, quickly perform two side steps to the right, maintaining a low athletic stance.
  4. Jump again, repeating the explosive motion, and upon landing, take two side steps to the left.
  5. Continue alternating jumps and steps for the desired duration, maintaining a steady rhythm.
