The inchworm exercise is a dynamic movement that enhances flexibility and warms up the entire body. It involves bending forward to place hands on the floor, walking the hands forward to a plank position, and then walking the feet towards the hands to stand up again.

How to do it

  1. Start standing with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend at the hips to place hands on the floor.
  3. Walk your hands forward to reach a plank position.
  4. Walk feet forward towards your hands, returning to standing.
