The hip crossover is a flexibility and core strengthening exercise that targets the obliques and other core muscles. It involves laying on your back while rotating your knees side to side, enhancing rotational mobility and core stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your arms stretched out to the sides.
  2. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the ground.
  3. Slowly lower your knees to one side, keeping shoulders on the floor.
  4. Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
