High Knee Tap is a cardio exercise that elevates the heart rate while engaging the core and leg muscles. This exercise primarily focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and balance. It is effective for burning calories and strengthening the lower body.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms bent at your sides.
  2. Lift your right knee up towards your chest, simultaneously tapping it with your left hand.
  3. Quickly switch to lift your left knee and tap it with your right hand.
  4. Continue alternating knees with a rapid pace, maintaining an upright posture.
  5. Engage your core throughout and keep your movements controlled.
