How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms bent at your sides.
- Lift your right knee up towards your chest, simultaneously tapping it with your left hand.
- Quickly switch to lift your left knee and tap it with your right hand.
- Continue alternating knees with a rapid pace, maintaining an upright posture.
- Engage your core throughout and keep your movements controlled.
