The Half Plyo Squat Twist is a dynamic exercise that combines elements of plyometric movement and rotational motion. It primarily enhances lower body strength while improving agility and core stability. This exercise is beneficial for developing explosive power and enhancing overall athletic performance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, hands behind your head.
  2. Lower into a half squat, keeping your core engaged and back straight.
  3. Explosively jump up and rotate your torso to one side in mid-air.
  4. Land softly back in the starting squat position.
  5. Continue for the desired number of repetitions, alternating sides.
