How to do it

  1. Position yourself on the Glute-Ham Developer machine with feet secured under the pads.
  2. Cross your arms over your chest and start in a horizontal position.
  3. Engage your core and curl up by flexing the spine until your torso is upright.
  4. Slowly lower back to the start position, maintaining tension in the abs.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
