How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Cross your arms over your chest and engage your core.
  3. Lift your torso towards your thighs until you are sitting upright.
  4. Slowly lower back to the starting position with control, keeping your core engaged.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
