Front and Side Knee Drive
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The Front and Side Knee Drive is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets your core, hip flexors, and lower body, building strength and stability. By alternating knee movements to the side and towards the midline, you enhance coordination and balance, while engaging your arms to add an upper-body challenge.
How to do it
- Begin by standing tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms extended overhead.
- Raise your right knee to the side, bending it at a 90-degree angle as you bring your elbows down to meet the knee.
- Return your right leg to the starting position and raise your right knee forward in a midline direction, without touching it with your arms.
- Repeat with other side.
