How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend arms to the sides at shoulder height.
  3. Rotate arms forward in small, controlled circles.
  4. Reverse the direction, rotating arms backward.
  5. Maintain steady breathing and keep the core engaged.
