The Floor T Raise is an exercise aimed at strengthening the upper back and improving shoulder mobility. It involves lifting the arms while lying face down, engaging the back muscles and stabilizing the core. This exercise is beneficial for posture and upper back strength.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the floor with arms extended out to the sides, forming a 'T' shape.
  2. Engage your core and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  3. Lift your arms off the ground while keeping your head neutral.
  4. Hold the position briefly, then lower your arms back to the floor.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
