How to do it
- Lie face down on the floor with arms extended out to the sides, forming a 'T' shape.
- Engage your core and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Lift your arms off the ground while keeping your head neutral.
- Hold the position briefly, then lower your arms back to the floor.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
