The EZ Bar Lying Triceps Extension is an effective isolation exercise targeting the triceps. It enhances arm strength and size, emphasizing the triceps brachii by permitting controlled movements. This exercise supports elbow stabilization and improves overall upper body muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Lie on a flat bench with an EZ barbell held over your chest, arms extended.
  2. Position your hands shoulder-width apart on the bar's angled grips.
  3. Slowly lower the bar by bending your elbows until it nearly touches your forehead.
  4. Pause briefly, then extend the elbows to raise the bar back to the starting position.
  5. Maintain control throughout the movement, avoiding flaring elbows.
