How to do it
- Place an exercise ball between your lower back and the wall.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, a step forward from the wall.
- Lower into a squat, keeping knees aligned with toes.
- Descend until thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Push through heels to return to standing position.
