How to do it

  1. Position yourself face down on a balance ball, with your hips and abdomen supported.
  2. Place your hands behind your head and engage your core.
  3. Lift your upper body by extending your spine, keeping your neck neutral.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
