How to do it
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointed out.
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands in front of you, arms extended.
- Push hips back and bend knees to lower into a squat, keeping chest up.
- Descend until thighs are parallel to the ground, ensuring knees track over toes.
- Press through heels to return to standing position.
