The Dumbbell Standing One-Arm Extension is an isolation exercise that targets the triceps, enhancing muscle definition and strength. It's performed standing, offering core stability challenges while focusing on extending the arm overhead.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Extend the arm above the head, keeping the elbow close to the ear.
  3. Lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending the elbow.
  4. Press the dumbbell back up to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
