The Dumbbell Standing Concentration Curl focuses on isolating the biceps, enhancing arm strength and definition. By concentrating on one arm at a time, it maximizes muscle engagement and improves muscle imbalances, making it an effective exercise for targeted bicep development.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Bend forward slightly, keeping your back straight, and rest the opposite hand on your thigh for support.
  3. Curl the dumbbell towards your shoulder, isolating the bicep muscle.
  4. Squeeze at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
