The Dumbbell Standing Alternate Reverse Curl is an exercise that targets the forearm muscles, particularly the brachioradialis. It helps improve grip strength and forearm development while also stabilizing the arm muscles during the movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing down.
  2. Keep elbows close to your torso and ensure your core is engaged.
  3. Curl one dumbbell upwards while keeping palm facing down.
  4. Lower back to starting position and repeat with the other arm.
  5. Alternate arms for the desired number of repetitions.
