The Dumbbell Seated Triceps Extension is an effective exercise aimed at isolating and strengthening the triceps. Performing this exercise helps develop upper arm size and contributes to overall arm strength. The seated position offers stability, allowing for better focus on the tricep muscles.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with a back support and hold a dumbbell with both hands overhead.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your head and fully extend your arms.
  3. Bend your elbows to lower the dumbbell behind your head in a controlled motion.
  4. Pause and then extend your arms back to the starting position.
