How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with back support, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level.
  2. Press one dumbbell overhead until your arm is fully extended.
  3. Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat the movement with the opposite arm.
  5. Continue alternating arms for the desired number of repetitions.
