How to do it
- Lie on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended above your chest, palms facing each other.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly to the sides of your chest, keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Press the dumbbells back up to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
