How to do it
- Lie back on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended above your chest.
- Slowly bend your elbows, lowering the dumbbells towards your forehead.
- Pause briefly, then extend your arms back to the starting position.
- Keep your elbows steady throughout the movement.
