How to do it

  1. Lie back on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended above your chest.
  3. Slowly bend your elbows, lowering the dumbbells towards your forehead.
  4. Pause briefly, then extend your arms back to the starting position.
  5. Keep your elbows steady throughout the movement.
