The dumbbell incline curl targets the biceps, providing an increased range of motion compared to traditional bicep curls. Performing curls on an incline bench engages the upper portion of the biceps and reduces cheating by controlling momentum.

How to do it

  1. Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle.
  2. Hold dumbbells in each hand with arms fully extended.
  3. Curl the dumbbells upwards while keeping elbows stationary.
  4. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
