How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Keep a neutral grip (palms facing each other), and maintain a straight back.
- Curl the dumbbells upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Raise the weights until your wrists are near shoulder height.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly back to the starting position.
