The Dumbbell Goblet Split Squat is a lower body exercise that enhances strength and stability. Holding a dumbbell in goblet position targets the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings, while engaging the core for balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell close to the chest.
  2. Step back with one leg into a split stance.
  3. Lower your back knee toward the floor, keeping the chest upright.
  4. Press through the front heel to return to standing.
  5. Repeat for desired reps and switch legs.
