How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell close to the chest.
- Step back with one leg into a split stance.
- Lower your back knee toward the floor, keeping the chest upright.
- Press through the front heel to return to standing.
- Repeat for desired reps and switch legs.
