How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells with arms extended downward.
  2. Initiate a squat, lowering your body while keeping your back straight and chest up.
  3. As you rise from the squat, swing the dumbbells upward to shoulder height, extending your arms overhead.
  4. Control the motion as you lower the dumbbells back to start, repeating for desired reps.
