How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in front of shoulders.
- Engage the core and maintain an upright torso.
- Lower into a squat by bending the knees and hips, keeping chest up.
- Descend until thighs are parallel to the ground, then push through heels to stand.
- Return to the starting position and repeat.
