How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with hands under shoulders and body aligned.
  2. Engage the core and drive the right knee towards the chest.
  3. Quickly switch legs, returning the right leg and driving the left knee forward.
  4. Continue alternating legs at a steady, rapid pace.
  5. Maintain a straight back and keep hips level throughout the movement.
