How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with hands under shoulders and body aligned.
- Engage the core and drive the right knee towards the chest.
- Quickly switch legs, returning the right leg and driving the left knee forward.
- Continue alternating legs at a steady, rapid pace.
- Maintain a straight back and keep hips level throughout the movement.
