The double leg stretch is a core-strengthening exercise that targets the abdominals and improves overall core stability. It involves extending both arms and legs away from the center of the body while maintaining a stable core, thus enhancing balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and lifted towards your chest.
  2. Inhale, reaching your arms overhead and extending your legs out at a 45-degree angle.
  3. Exhale as you circle your arms around and draw your knees back to your chest.
