How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms at your sides.
  2. Keep legs straight and lift them to about 45 degrees.
  3. Cross one leg over the other, then alternate the crossing motion.
  4. Maintain steady breathing and controlled movement.
  5. Lower legs slowly to the ground to complete one rep.
