Cat Stretch

The Cat-Cow Stretch is a gentle flow between two poses that warm the body and bring flexibility to the spine. It helps to relieve back tension and improve posture.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Inhale, arch your back, and lift your head and tailbone for Cow Pose.
  3. Exhale, round your spine, tucking your chin towards your chest for Cat Pose.
  4. Continue to flow between Cat and Cow, coordinating with your breath.
