The Cat-Cow Stretch is a gentle flow between two poses that warm the body and bring flexibility to the spine. It helps to relieve back tension and improve posture.
How to do it
- Start on all fours with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Inhale, arch your back, and lift your head and tailbone for Cow Pose.
- Exhale, round your spine, tucking your chin towards your chest for Cat Pose.
- Continue to flow between Cat and Cow, coordinating with your breath.
