Cable Upper Chest Crossovers target the upper portion of the pectoral muscles by using cables. This isolation exercise helps develop the upper chest and enhances muscle definition, providing a balanced physique.

How to do it

  1. Stand between the cable machines, set at shoulder height.
  2. Grab the handles with an overhand grip, step forward slightly.
  3. Bring the handles upwards and together in front of your chest in a crossover motion.
  4. Hold briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
