How to do it
- Attach a V Bar Attachment to the high pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the handle using an overhand grip.
- Lean slightly forward, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
- Pull the handle down towards your chest by engaging your lats.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining tension in the muscles.
