How to do it
- Stand upright and position yourself at a cable machine with a handle attachment.
- Hold the handle with your working arm bent at a 90-degree angle, elbow in line with your shoulder.
- Keep your torso stable and rotate your arm externally, keeping the elbow fixed.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
