The cable rope seated row is an effective exercise for strengthening the upper back and improving posture. How to do it

  1. Sit on the bench with your knees slightly bent and feet firmly planted.
  2. Grasp the cable handle with both hands, keeping your back straight.
  3. Pull the handle towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position, maintaining tension.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps while keeping control of the movement.
