The Cable One-Arm Lateral Bent-Over exercise targets the shoulders and back by engaging muscles to stabilize and control the movement. It helps to improve unilateral strength and balance, focusing particularly on the rear deltoids and upper back.

How to do it

  1. Attach a handle to the cable and set it to a low position.
  2. Stand side-on to the cable, with a slight bend in the knees.
  3. Bend forward slightly, keeping your back straight.
  4. Grab the handle with one hand, pulling it across your body.
  5. Return to starting position slowly and switch sides.
