How to do it
- Attach a handle to the cable and set it to a low position.
- Stand side-on to the cable, with a slight bend in the knees.
- Bend forward slightly, keeping your back straight.
- Grab the handle with one hand, pulling it across your body.
- Return to starting position slowly and switch sides.
