The Cable Narrow Chair Stand-Up is a lower body exercise performed using a cable machine. This exercise primarily targets the quadriceps and helps in building knee and hip strength. It's a functional movement akin to standing up from a seated position with resistance, enhancing balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Attach a handle to a low pulley on a cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine, feet hip-width apart, holding the handle close to your chest.
  3. Lower your body into a squat as if sitting on a chair.
  4. Push through your heels to return to a standing position.
  5. Keep your back straight throughout the movement.
