The Cable Narrow Chair Stand-Up is a lower body exercise performed using a cable machine. This exercise primarily targets the quadriceps and helps in building knee and hip strength. How to do it
- Attach a handle to a low pulley on a cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine, feet hip-width apart, holding the handle close to your chest.
- Lower your body into a squat as if sitting on a chair.
- Push through your heels to return to a standing position.
- Keep your back straight throughout the movement.
