The Cable Kneeling Crunch is an effective core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. By using a cable machine, it provides constant tension and can enhance muscle engagement throughout the movement. This exercise is beneficial for building core strength and improving stability.
How to do it
- Attach a rope handle to the high pulley of a cable machine.
- Kneel in front of the machine, and hold the rope at your forehead.
- Tighten your core and pull your elbows towards your thighs, crunching forward.
- Pause briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
