The Cable Kneeling Crunch is an effective core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. By using a cable machine, it provides constant tension and can enhance muscle engagement throughout the movement. This exercise is beneficial for building core strength and improving stability.

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope handle to the high pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Kneel in front of the machine, and hold the rope at your forehead.
  3. Tighten your core and pull your elbows towards your thighs, crunching forward.
  4. Pause briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
