How to do it
- Attach a straight bar to the high pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand facing away from the machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms overhead, gripping the bar with both hands.
- With elbows fixed, straighten your arms by extending the elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
