The Butterfly Yoga Pose is a seated pose that primarily stretches the inner thighs, groin, and hips. It helps increase flexibility in the hip region and can be beneficial for relieving stress and tension.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended.
  2. Bend your knees and bring the soles of your feet together, pulling them towards your pelvis.
  3. Hold your feet with your hands, allowing your knees to drop towards the floor.
  4. Inhale deeply and sit with a straight back.
  5. Exhale and lean forward slightly if comfortable, maintaining the stretch.
