Bodyweight skipping is a cardiovascular exercise that mimics the motion of skipping with a rope but without using one. It helps improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and leg strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Simulate the motion of skipping by bouncing lightly on the balls of your feet.
  3. Move your arms in circular motions as if turning an invisible skipping rope.
  4. Keep your core engaged and maintain a steady rhythm.
  5. Continue for the desired time or number of repetitions.
