How to do it

- Simulate the motion of skipping by bouncing lightly on the balls of your feet.
- Move your arms in circular motions as if turning an invisible skipping rope.
- Keep your core engaged and maintain a steady rhythm.
- Continue for the desired time or number of repetitions.
