The Biceps Leg Concentration Curl is an isolation exercise that targets the biceps brachii. It helps improve arm strength and muscle definition by focusing on the contraction of the bicep during the curl motion.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench, spreading your legs and placing the elbow of the working arm on the inner thigh.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with your palm facing upward. Start with the arm extended downward.
  3. Curl the dumbbell upward by bending the elbow, squeezing the bicep at the top.
  4. Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position and repeat.
