How to do it
- Lie back on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand at chest level.
- Ensure your feet are flat on the floor for stability.
- Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired repetitions while maintaining control.
