How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands at chest level.
  2. Engage your core and lower into a squat, keeping your back straight.
  3. Explode upwards into a jump, extending your arms as if shooting a basketball.
  4. Land softly back into a squat position, absorbing the impact.
  5. Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
