How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell behind your back with an overhand grip.
- Keep your arms straight and let the barbell hang at arm's length.
- Slowly curl your wrists upward, lifting the barbell as high as comfortably possible.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
