The Barbell Strict Curl is a highly focused arm exercise targeting the biceps. It helps in building arm strength and muscle mass without the use of body momentum. This isolation lift is popular for enhancing the peak of the bicep muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with your back against a wall and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the barbell with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your body and curl the barbell upward.
  4. Squeeze the biceps at the top before slowly lowering the bar back down.
  5. Maintain a controlled motion throughout without using momentum.
