How to do it

  1. Lie face down on an incline bench, holding a barbell with an overhand grip.
  2. Extend your arms fully downward so the barbell hangs straight.
  3. Curl the barbell upwards towards your shoulders, keeping elbows stationary.
  4. Squeeze the top position, then lower the barbell back to start.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining control throughout.
