How to do it
- Lie back on an incline bench, holding a barbell with an overhand grip.
- Extend your arms straight above your chest with elbows slightly bent.
- Lower the barbell towards your forehead by bending your elbows.
- Keep your upper arms stationary, focusing on the triceps.
- Press the barbell back to the starting position by straightening your elbows.
